does anyone know where to find reviews of parrot cages, preferably stainless steel ones?

in particular, i’m looking for opinions on the kings cage 207SS or equivalent.

I have only heard good things about Kings Cages. I do remember something about them being the only cage company that the ASPCA encorces.

I have a pet cockatiel and I am considering getting a parakeet/budgie. Would this be a good idea?

The cockatiel is a 2 year old rescue who has some trust issues, but when I took her in to get clipped there was a budgie next to her. She seemed really interested in the budgie so the worker let the budgie out while she was out. They seemed to get along relatively well. Is this dependent on the bird or typical between cockatiels and parakeets?

Cockatiels and parakeets are known to get along and can even be kept in the same cage. Each bird is different though and you can’t guarantee your cockatiel and the parakeet you get will get along.

By all means I would say go for it, if you have the time, but make sure you keep them in separate cages until you know how they’ll react to one another.
