How to fix heels that fit a little to big?

So i have some heels that are open toe, but i cant return em so i need to fit them well somehow, i already tried to stuff em with dr scholls for her but they still slip off from the back help

there are dr schooll’s for her and they go on the back of the heel making them like a hald size smaller. a pair of those are maybe 4 or 5 dollars. you can find them at any drugstore.
